Two-pass self-healing: Any failed ZIP is checked a second time using a longer timeout and fresh official NOAA/NWS data. If the second pass succeeds, it is recorded as recovered and no problem email is sent. If it still fails, the monitor records both attempts and emails the remaining issue.
Problem notification: When scheduled monitoring is connected, a failed or incomplete ZIP forecast emails Frank with the affected ZIP, failed component, error, priority, page link, and status-dashboard link. Healthy runs stay quiet.
Private reporting: Google Sheets and Drive workbook ready. Automatic result exports begin when the external monitoring schedule is connected.
