Alert details* WHAT...Water levels of 1.5 to 2.5 feet above the normal high tide line expected. * WHERE...Yukon Delta Coast. * WHEN...From 4 PM Sunday to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Localized beach erosion may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There remains a small amount of uncertainty in forecasted water levels, but confidence has increased in the water levels. Water levels are expected to peak during the high tide early Monday morning and then return to normal throughout the day. The Tuesday high tide is expected to only be around 1 foot above normal. The highest water levels will be near Emmonak and Kotlik.
